📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate features and services within the cloud-native data platform, delivering
• Break features into executable tasks, deliver iteratively, and raise risks and trade-offs as needed.
• Collaborate with staff and senior engineers to align work with designs and platform standards.
• Contribute to reliability, scalability, and operability with tests, instrumentation, runbooks, and
• Hands-on time building automation, tooling, and platform services used by other teams.
• Support junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into engineering workflows or tooling.
• 5+ years software development with Bachelor's, or 3+ years with Master's, or equivalent; PhD
• Hands-on production software experience; deploying/operating workloads on Kubernetes.
• Experience with at least one major cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and core compute/network primitives.
• Track record of delivering features as part of an engineering team.
• Working knowledge of containers, CI/CD, and Git-based workflows.

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay between $128,900 - $219,100, plus equity (where applicable), variable/incentive
