📋 Description

• Senior Software Engineer to scale the Demand Bidder in Roku’s Ad Serving Platform.
• Role focuses on high-throughput, low-latency real-time decisioning systems for ads.
• Work on pacing engine, scoring/ML engine, and modular development for agentic tooling.
• Collaborate with engineers and scientists across distributed systems and ML-driven decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years designing, building, operating large-scale, low-latency distributed systems.
• Strong Java, data structures, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Experience with distributed caching, high-throughput messaging, SQL/NoSQL datastores.
• Cloud experience (GCP or AWS) at scale.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants and agentic engineering toolchains is a plus.
• B.S. or M.S. in CS or equivalent practical experience.
