Senior Software Engineer - Developer Experience

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable build systems (CI/CD, Docker)
• Develop tools and integrations to speed local develop-build-test loops
• Automate release and deployment processes for rapid CD
• Enforce safe deployment patterns (canary, blue/green, approvals)
• Extend paved-road tooling for app teams, secrets, provisioning
• Partner with product pods to embed reliability and SLO ownership

🎯 Requirements

• 3-10+ years experience in developer tooling / developer experience
• Experience building CI/CD, gitOps, monorepo
• Experience running production systems on AWS or Azure (EKS, ECS, AKS)
• Strong Infrastructure-as-Code skills (Terraform, Helm)
• Observability mindset (metrics, logs, traces, alerting)
• Comfort troubleshooting distributed systems and performance issues
