Senior Software Engineer – DevOps/Observability Platform

📋 Description

• Own observability platform design, development, and API integrations.
• Leverage DataDog, AWS services, GitHub Actions, and OpenTelemetry.
• Use AI/LLM for root-cause analysis and improvements.
• Ensure performance, reliability, cost, and governance of observability tooling.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and iterate to maintain production reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in SaaS projects.
• Experience with observability concepts; DataDog a plus.
• CI/CD and DevOps experience.
• IaC tools for cloud/observability resources.
• Kubernetes and AWS fundamentals.
• Security best practices for SaaS environments.
