Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise Engineering

📋 Description

• Serve on the front line for key customer accounts in Unthread, Slack integration layer.
• Answer technical questions by reading code, tracing behavior, inspecting production signals, and
• Diagnose and fix bugs; validate outcomes with customers.
• Design and implement product/platform features when fastest, highest-quality solution is needed.
• Coordinate urgent issues in customer Slack channels while preserving technical ownership.
• Represent engineering in customer office hours and recurring meetings for select accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering experience with production-quality code in a large, evolving codebase.
• Generalist with depth in backend, distributed systems, infrastructure, data systems, or developer
• Excellent debugging: turn reports into reproducible problems, root cause, and robust fixes.
• Comfort in production with logs, traces, metrics, and code to reason about behavior.
• Bias toward action with engineering judgment; know when to fix, broaden, or escalate.
• Clear, empathetic communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
