🎯 Requirements

5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including Go production experience.
Deep understanding of Go concurrency (goroutines, channels, sync) and debugging race conditions.
Experience designing/operating relational databases in production (schema, migrations
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting abilities; self-motivated and analytical.
