🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Full-stack proficiency with TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python, or Ruby and React/React Native
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, performance optimization, debugging, secure design
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, GitLab CI/CD
• Product-minded, focused on impacting key metrics
• Remote-friendly with ability to work across time zones
