Senior Software Engineer - Go-to-Market

📋 Description

• Build and ship full-stack AI-powered features across Halter's platforms
• Design and implement backend services and APIs powering AI workflows at scale
• Build clean frontend experiences and intuitive UIs
• Own end-to-end delivery: scoping, architecting, building, testing, deploying
• Work with AI models and pipelines; integrate into well-designed systems
• Contribute to engineering standards around reliability, observability, testing, maintainability

🎯 Requirements

• Key tech/experience: React, React Native, AI, Mobile Development, Full stack with Front End focus
• Strong full-stack skills: TypeScript/React frontend; Python and/or Node backend
• Production-grade APIs, services, and data pipelines
• Experience building for scale: observability, reliability, performance
• Comfort across the stack; collaborative across teams
• Bonus: vector databases, embeddings, retrieval systems
