📋 Description

• Design scalable infrastructure integrations
• Create middleware, SDKs, and libraries for observability
• Represent Grafana Labs in open source forums and events
• Collaborate with product, design, and docs to align features
• Own on-call rotations and service reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years programming experience; Go preferred but not required
• Deep cloud provider knowledge: IAM, networking, APIs
• Experience building cloud-based software and production systems
• Familiarity with observability tooling: Prometheus, Loki, OpenTelemetry, Grafana
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems
• Experience on on-call rotations and incident management
