Senior Software Engineer, Growth

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, refactor and scale member-facing features end to end—from React/TypeScript
• Build resilient APIs and collaborate with mobile engineers on React Native contracts
• Prototype and launch experiments (A/B tests) and decide what to ship or iterate
• Own quality, including performance, accessibility, analytics instrumentation, and conversion funnel
• Collaborate with product, design, data science, and marketing to address member pain points
• Improve reliability and scalability across the system while upholding high technical standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development at scale
• Front-end: React or comparable; back-end: Ruby on Rails or comparable
• Proficient with TypeScript and component-driven UI development
• Experience with transactional databases, caching, client-side state, and performance
• Experience running experiments—A/B tests and feature flags
• Exposure to architectural patterns of large, high-scale web apps
