Senior Software Engineer (Guarded OS)

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and operate systems for building, updating, and delivering secure software
• Build, operate, and enhance Kubernetes-based build platforms to produce artifacts.
• Improve reliability, scalability, and multi-architecture support across production environments.
• Maintain and evolve build tooling with focus on stability, testing, observability, patch
• Develop automation for rebuilds, validation workflows, dependency analysis, and operational
• Design monitoring, dashboards, alerts, and automated remediation.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, backend/distributed systems or developer
• Strong Go backend development experience.
• Proven experience with production systems at scale, incident response, and ops improvements.
• Strong Linux, cloud-native tech and containerized infrastructures knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and modern infra design.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms, internal tooling, or build infrastructure.
