Senior Software Engineer I, AI/ML

📋 Description

• Own agents, copilots, and platform components end to end with limited guidance.
• Build agentic systems: orchestration, tool use, retrieval, memory, state, and evaluations.
• Define evaluations, regression tests, observability, and participate in on-call for
• Contribute to internal AI platform: agent runtimes, model access, routing, and developer tooling.
• Partner with business stakeholders to scope problems into measurable solutions.
• Mentor early-career engineers through code reviews, pairing, and design feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping features/services in
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications: retrieval-augmented generation, agents and
• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel) and
• Production fundamentals: strong in at least one language (Python, Go, TypeScript, or Java)
• Strong evaluation instincts: prefer golden datasets before prompt tweaks; can distinguish working
• Clear communication to engineers and non-engineering stakeholders across time zones.
