Senior Software Engineer I (Full Stack)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain robust backend services and concurrent workflows (Python/Go).
• Develop interactive frontend UIs (React, TypeScript) for configuring evals and viewing reports.
• Integrate control planes with secure environments to run agents and capture artifacts.
• Build scalable APIs (gRPC/REST) for data pipelines and evaluation engines.
• Manage client-side state and render large volumes of evaluation data efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support complex evaluation scenarios.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering in backend/frontend with distributed systems.
• Proficient in Python and Go; strong JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Experience with durable workflow orchestration and long-running tasks.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or secure workload isolation.
• Experience building resilient APIs and streaming updates to clients.
• Strong UI/UX sense and complex state management for web apps.
