📋 Description

• Lead technical roadmap and architecture for reusable, scalable marketing systems.
• Improve developer productivity with tooling and process enhancements.
• Drive cross-team initiatives with Product and Marketing leaders on design and decisions.
• Champion observability, resilience, cost optimization, and security-by-design across projects.
• Mentor engineers up to L5 and resolve cross-team execution blockers.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years of software engineering with leadership in roadmaps and architecture.
• Expert-level Python with reusable abstractions and patterns across projects.
• Deep knowledge of building scalable, high-throughput systems with observability, cost efficiency
• Proven ability to partner with senior Product and Marketing leaders to influence roadmaps.
• Track record of improving team productivity through tooling, processes, and mentorship.
• Excellent communication and influence skills for cross-functional initiatives.
