• Drive the technical roadmap for Paid Marketing Tech team; balance near-term delivery with scalable
• Own architectural decisions and establish patterns for evolving marketing needs.
• Design high-throughput systems with observability, resilience, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Improve engineering productivity via tooling, processes, and abstractions.
• Lead cross-team engineering initiatives; represent engineering with senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities influencing product strategy and marketing tech effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years of professional software engineering; experience owning roadmaps and architecture
• Expert-level Python, including building reusable abstractions and frameworks.
• Deep experience building scalable, high-throughput systems with observability, reliability
• Ability to partner with senior Product/Marketing stakeholders and influence strategy with technical
• Track record improving engineering productivity via tooling, standards, and mentorship.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; adept at navigating organizational dependencies.
