📋 Description

• Build and evolve the Elastic MCP server and infra, primarily in Go.
• Develop platform for universal agent skills: portable format, tooling, and linting for cross-agent
• Ensure correctness with evals and not assumptions about work.
• Design integrations to make Elastic available in third-party AI ecosystems, in collaboration with
• Contribute to Elastic CLI to boost developer efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks; working knowledge of LLMs, agents and MCP.
• Strong Go experience; familiarity with other languages is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTTP, RESTful APIs, and client-server networking.
• Comfort reading/contributing to unfamiliar languages and diverse codebases.
• Strong product thinking and focus on usability and developer experience.
