Senior Software Engineer - Integrations 3P - Platform

📋 Description

• Build and evolve the Elastic MCP server and the infrastructure behind it, working primarily in Go.
• Build the platform for universal agent skills: portable format, authoring/publishing tooling, and
• Help set the correctness bar with evals rather than assumptions.
• Design and deliver integrations to make Elastic available inside third-party AI ecosystems with
• Contribute to the Elastic CLI to improve developer efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and support libraries/tools/integrations for the Elastic Stack in Go and Rust.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of backend software engineering experience working on backend systems, services or
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and understanding of LLMs, agents, and MCP.
• Significant recent experience with Go and other languages.
• Knowledge of client-server networking, HTTP, and RESTful APIs.
• Comfort reading/contributing to unfamiliar codebases and languages.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in software engineering.
