📋 Description

• Join the Integrations Team to connect Elastic to the AI ecosystem.
• Build and maintain the MCP server, CLI, and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with product teams and external partners to land integrations.
• Develop libraries and tooling across Go and Rust; improve developer UX.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and maintain quality through evals.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years backend software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks, LLMs, agents, and MCP.
• Strong Go experience; familiarity with other languages is a bonus.
• Knowledge of HTTP, RESTful APIs, and client-server networking.
• Able to read/write unfamiliar codebases; strong communication skills.
• Product thinking and interest in ecosystem opportunities.
