Senior Software Engineer, Iris AI

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate cloud services powering Delinea's AI features.
• Leverage LLMs for inference, retrieval, agents, and evaluation.
• Develop backend services in C#/.NET, Python, and Go; use Azure and Kubernetes.
• Architect event-driven, asynchronous microservices.
• Handle end-to-end delivery with Terraform, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and platform teams; participate in reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years building production backend services in C#/.NET, Python, or Go.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (inference, RAG, tool calling, agents).
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools and context management.
• Strong distributed systems, API design, and microservices knowledge; experience with a major cloud
• Knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS architecture and scale considerations.
