📋 Description

• Lead design, implementation, testing of features in large codebases
• Maintain/refactor Java/J2EE apps; manage technical debt
• Provide production support: incident response and RCA
• Enforce coding standards; code reviews; robust testing
• Communicate issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in Java enterprise dev (Java 8+), Servlets/JSP
• MySQL expert; complex queries; 100M+ records
• JavaScript/HTML/CSS; MVC patterns
• CI/CD, Git, Maven; production environments
• AWS (S3/RDS/ECS); SOAP/REST; ETL/SFTP
• Docker; container orchestration
