Design and build production-grade AI platform services (LLM gateways, MCP servers)
Lead AI gateway design for multi-provider LLM access with routing and observability
Design and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) infrastructure
Create agentic AI patterns—multi-step reasoning, tool orchestration, guardrails
Own end-to-end platform subsystems and drive performance improvements
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and collaborate across teams

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of relevant software engineering experience
Excellent Java and object-oriented development skills
Experience in building and scaling microservices
Strong knowledge in RDBMS and NoSQL technologies
Experience with Java, MongoDB, MySQL, AWS, Spring Boot, Kafka
Strong understanding of LLM fundamentals
Experience with MCP design and integrating MCP into agentic workflows
