Senior Software Engineer, Mainframe AMS

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain mainframe apps
• Work with COBOL, CICS, IMS DB/DC, DB2, MQ, VSAM
• Lead technical efforts and mentor juniors
• Support incidents, service requests, and changes
• Optimize performance of mainframe apps and queries
• Create technical docs for teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/IT or related field
• 10–12+ years in mainframe dev/maintenance
• Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, IMS DC/DB, MQ, VSAM
• Experience with Netron Frame Tech
• SDLC knowledge and tooling experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
