🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years software engineering with expert Python for backend, APIs, data pipelines.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end projects: architecture, implementation, rollout.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake, SQL, ETL, and orchestration: Airflow, DBT.
• Design for performance, scalability, and observability (logging, metrics, tracing).
• Strong product thinking; influence direction and make trade-offs.
• Excellent communication; mentor engineers and align cross-team stakeholders.
