📋 Description

• Architect, build, and maintain backend apps and shared platform infra.
• Develop and operate real-time streaming and batch data pipelines.
• Design segment evaluation and audience-matching services for multiple consumers.
• Build and improve high-volume messaging pipelines for customer communications.
• Develop shared APIs and platform foundations for marketing capabilities.
• Design scalable, reliable distributed services and data systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong Ruby and Go; Python experience is an asset.
• Rails or Pandas and modern backend practices.
• Proven experience designing and operating scalable distributed systems.
• Relational and/or NoSQL databases and data-intensive apps.
• Experience with batch and real-time streaming data pipelines.
