📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable brokerage systems for global markets.
• Develop back-office platforms, gRPC microservices, React interfaces, and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with core teams to evolve multi-language, multi-currency frameworks.
• Lead regional engineering initiatives, mentorship, and promote strong practices.
• Act as incident commander and maintain 24x7 system reliability during business hours.
• Troubleshoot production issues and address root causes in a distributed setup.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior software engineer with strong CS fundamentals and complex system design experience.
• Proficiency in Go or a comparable backend language; design of robust architectures.
• Experience with event-driven design and distributed, high-availability apps.
• Strong problem-solving, proactive mindset, and decisive technical leadership.
• Excellent written/verbal communication with global teams, regulators, vendors, stakeholders.
• Experience leading incident response and acting as incident commander.
