📋 Description

Design, implement, and maintain observability solutions for Grab's systems.
Build tools and pipelines for monitoring, logging, and tracing.
Define observability standards: SLIs, SLOs, monitors, alerts, dashboards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to embed observability in dev lifecycle.
Contribute to on-call rotations and post-incident analysis.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in software engineering; 1+ year in platform engineering/observability/SRE.
Proficiency in Go, Python, Java, or similar languages.
Hands-on with DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jaeger, or OpenTelemetry.
Distributed systems, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Infra as code (Terraform); Ansible; Linux scripting.
Strong debugging and scalable design for high traffic/data.
