Senior Software Engineer - Observability Real User Monitoring (RUM) | Canada | Remote

📋 Description

• Build and evolve fullstack features for RUM (backend, APIs, storage, frontend)
• Design systems to ingest, store, and query telemetry data using columnar DBs
• Develop performant query layers and APIs for real-time session/trace/event exploration
• Contribute to frontend dashboards visualizing RUM data to debug perf
• Work on data modeling, indexing, and query optimization for low-latency analytics
• Collaborate with SDK engineers on data ingestion and schema evolution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Backend (Go) with frontend (TypeScript/React)
• Distributed systems (Kafka, ClickHouse, Postgres)
• Cloud-native: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure
• High-throughput, high-cardinality data (logs, metrics, traces)
• Strong data modeling, query optimization, and performance tradeoffs
