Senior Software Engineer, Onboard Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Design, implement, test, and deploy features across StackOS, Stack AV's vehicle OS and Deploy
• Develop high-performance software for safety-critical autonomy in vehicle, simulation, cloud, and
• Collaborate with internal customers to ideate and deliver new features end-to-end.
• Automate processes for assembling and updating software on self-driving vehicles.
• Improve performance, reliability, and usability of StackOS and Deploy Manager.
• Partner with safety and validation teams to meet functional safety requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong C++ development experience; Python experience highly preferred.
• Expert knowledge of software engineering principles and algorithm design.
• Experience building high-performance software in resource-constrained, safety-critical apps.
• Expert understanding of Linux and building Linux distributions via Yocto.
• Strong POSIX, Linux, and concurrent programming skills.
• Strong networking fundamentals.
