📋 Description

• Architect and scale high-performance APIs for Veeva Ostro’s SaaS platform
• Partner cross-functional teams to design and ship new features
• Provide technical feedback on product roadmaps and feature scoping
• Champion quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and clean architecture
• Optimize application and database performance to handle growth
• Troubleshoot and resolve live system issues to maximize uptime

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software工程 experience shipping production code for B2B or B2C SaaS products
• 5+ years of deep expertise in Python and frameworks like Django
• Strong proficiency with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills
