Lead platform and backend projects from planning through implementation
Build and maintain shared libraries, services, and internal APIs
Improve developer workflow: build times, CI/CD pipelines, test infrastructure, local development
Contribute to core platform direction for higher scale and reliability
Maintain and extend infrastructure across compute, data, and deployment systems
Champion good engineering practice through code review, testing, maintainability

🎯 Requirements

Proven track record of shipping high-quality code
Significant experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and backend services (Python
Knowledge of security best practices for cloud infrastructure and production systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work across the stack
