📋 Description

Lead the technical direction of the Web Applications Platform team
Own and evolve shared platform services (auth, identity, config)
Design build/delivery workflows for apps in isolated envs
Partner with teams to improve platform reliability and productivity
Drive cross-team architectural initiatives
Remain hands-on writing production code and infra

🎯 Requirements

5+ years building/operating production software
Experience in platform engineering, infra, or developer tooling
Strong Python, Django, FastAPI skills
Kubernetes and GitOps (Helm, ArgoCD)
Authn/Authz design and implementation experience
PM skills: break down work, estimate, communicate risks
