📋 Description

• Build Edge & Local Services: backend services for real-time monitoring, visibility, and control.
• Drive Full Feature Lifecycles: end-to-end feature ownership, tests, and deployments.
• Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: participate in code/design reviews and standards.
• Field Support: on-call rotations to troubleshoot active installations.
• Ensure Operational Reliability: observability and fail-safes for high availability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building production backend services or distributed/edge apps.
• Strong backend skills with API design, async communication, SOA.
• Root-cause troubleshooting mindset for complex systems.
• Cross-functional collaboration with hardware/firmware/ops teams.
• Bonus: Go, gRPC, Protobuf, Modbus, DNP3, CAN.
• Interest in energy storage and industrial power systems.
