📋 Description

• Own design of authoritative source of truth for program configuration; lead migration path.
• Lead schema design and data flow architecture with cross-functional collaboration.
• Build and maintain microservices and APIs with contract-driven development.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers on high-impact projects.
• Mentor engineers to foster a respectful, collaborative technical culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience at senior level.
• Senior-level experience with the Java + Spring ecosystem.
• Experience with web services, RESTful APIs, and contract-driven development.
• Strong experience in testing methodologies and full SDLC best practices.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously, guiding the team toward scalable solutions.
