Senior Software Engineer, Python

📋 Description

• Lead backend and distributed systems work (≈70%) and some frontend (≈20–30%).
• Own features across the stack from design to production.
• Scale the new incrementality product into a reliable experimentation platform.
• Develop near-real-time ingestion and processing capabilities.
• Build AI-powered workflows to help marketers evaluate performance.
• Improve connection-state systems and extend partner data ingestion/exports.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building distributed backend systems, microservices, APIs and data processing in Python.
• Experience designing system architecture and working with product managers, designers, and data
• Startup or breadth-focused environments; strong problem solving and sound judgment.
• Experience turning ambiguous needs into production-ready architectures; adept with complex datasets
• Frontend experience with React and TypeScript; deep frontend specialization not required.
• Strong fundamentals; AI as an accelerator, not a substitute for core skills.
