Senior Software Engineer, Quality Engineering

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for REST and gRPC APIs.
• Build AI-assisted quality solutions to automate test generation and regression coverage.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery speed.
• Plan and run performance, load, and chaos testing to validate resilience.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve test coverage and diagnose production issues.
• Mentor engineers and promote quality-focused practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Software Engineer building production-grade systems.
• At least 1 year of Go development; strongly typed languages.
• Experience with AI-powered development tools and LLMs.
• CI/CD design experience (GitHub Actions, Google Cloud Build, or similar).
• Experience with automated testing for distributed/microservices architectures.
• Strong Kubernetes, Helm, containerization, cloud-native deployment knowledge.
