Senior Software Engineer, Quality Engineering

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable testing frameworks for REST and gRPC APIs.
• Advance AI-assisted quality tooling to automate test generation and improve regression coverage.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to speed releases and reliability.
• Plan and execute performance, load, and scalability testing for resilience.
• Incorporate chaos engineering to identify weaknesses via fault-injection.
• Standardize quality tools and workflows to improve developer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building production-grade software systems.
• At least 1 year of Go development; strong typed languages.
• Experience with AI-powered development tools and LLMs for QA/workflows.
• Designing/maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Google Cloud Build, etc.).
• Experience with automated testing in distributed/microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, containerization, cloud-native deployment.
