Senior Software Engineer, Risk

📋 Description

• Design, build, and test infrastructure capabilities for Risk products
• Lead complex projects end-to-end with cross-functional partners
• Scale one of the largest Ruby/Rails and TypeScript/React apps
• Serve as domain expert for Risk platform capabilities
• Set timelines and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Mentor engineers and improve team health

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Software Development Experience
• Experience applying AI tools to accelerate development and decision-making
• Proven ability to design, build, and test production-quality code and architecture
• Ownership of end-to-end projects coordinating with product, design, and data partners
• Ability to set technical direction and balance tradeoffs
• Strong aptitude for clarity in complex problems and effective communication
