🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in building scalable distributed backend applications (5+ years).
• Deep understanding of databases, load balancers, message brokers, caching, monitoring, etc.
• Knowledge of network protocols and stacks; DB technologies (classic and NoSQL).
• Multilingual programming experience: codebase primarily Ruby with a trend toward Go and Rust.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, problem solving, and social skills.
• BS/MS in CS/Engineering or related; 7+ years of industry experience.
