Senior Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

📋 Description

• Interact with Product Manager to review project specs
• Prepare integration plans, break-downs, estimations
• Hands-on code implementation, PRs, code reviews, testing
• Collaborate with product, engineering, SRE, and data science teams
• Work with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, Hotwire, Tailwind CSS

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as backend or full-stack engineer
• Scale-ups or agile environments experience
• Built large-scale apps used by thousands of monthly users
• English fluency; strong communication and collaboration
• NSFW content comfort; ownership and velocity
• Data science/AI interest; distributed teams a plus
