Senior Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

📋 Description

• Interact with Product Manager to review project specs
• Prepare integration plans, breakdowns, and estimations
• Hands-on code implementation, PRs, code reviews, testing
• Collaborate with Tech Lead, product, web devs, SRE, data scientists
• Help define roadmap and propose technical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend or full-stack experience in fast-paced scale-ups
• Experience on large-scale products used by thousands of monthly users
• Strong English with excellent communication and collaboration
• Ownership, commitment, and proactive problem solving
• Doer mindset; balance craftsmanship and velocity
• Bonus: data science or generative AI; distributed teams
