Senior Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails/React)

📋 Description

• Design, implement and deliver complex features in Ruby on Rails, Postgres, GraphQL, REST, and
• Lead efforts to address technical debt and improve system reliability
• Influence architecture and long-term design across services and apps
• Set and uphold quality, testing, and documentation standards; mentor others
• Drive improvements to CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems
• Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making, guiding trade-offs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Advanced proficiency in Ruby on Rails (and/or other MVC frameworks) and relational databases
• Familiarity with Redis, PostgreSQL, and Sidekiq in production
• Proficiency in React
• Experience contributing across full stack (frontend, backend, data)
• Experience leveraging AI to build or enhance tools/features
