Senior Software Engineer, Secure Build

📋 Description

• Senior role to own secure, reliable build infrastructure end-to-end.
• Design, build and operate Go services powering Docker's build and secure-CI.
• Develop isolation, identity, policy, provenance, attestation and signing features.
• Work with container/OCI/BuildKit/cloud tech for secure, reproducible workflows.
• Own features from design to rollout, observability and maintenance.
• Collaborate to reduce operational load and evolve capabilities toward Secure Build.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering with leadership on production systems.
• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong backend experience in distributed systems.
• Experience with Go (writing, testing, debugging).
• Experience with containers and CI/build systems (OCI, BuildKit, Buildx, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with cloud-native infrastructure and a major cloud platform.
