• Own design and delivery of high-performance systems powering trading for millions of users

• Partner with product and design to ship best-in-class trading experience on web and mobile
• Drive production service evolution, scaling and maintain critical trading infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering with production systems handling web-scale traffic
• Designing and maintaining high-availability distributed systems, ideally in trading/finance
• Backend expertise in Java or Golang with data stores like MongoDB or Redis
• Customer-focused product thinking with strong observability and operational excellence
• Experience upgrading legacy systems towards next-gen platforms
• Responsible use of generative AI to improve workflows with human oversight
