Senior Software Engineer, Software Platform

📋 Description

• Design, build, and evolve high-performance systems that are scalable and reliable.
• Work across the stack to deliver end-to-end platform capabilities.
• Contribute to architectural decisions shaping core systems.
• Identify bottlenecks and performance risks in production.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate needs into technical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in software engineering; proficient in Python, C++, or Rust.
• Experience in distributed systems and backend/platform development with Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS.
• Experience building/operating mission-critical services with uptime and performance goals.
• Knowledge of cloud-native infra (containers, orchestration, observability).
• Strong debugging, profiling, and code optimization skills.
