Senior Software Engineer, Stablecoins

📋 Description

• Own and evolve the smart contracts that mint, burn, and safeguard custom stablecoin supply.
• Build and scale backend services for onboarding, issuance, reserve accounting, and rewards
• Collaborate with product, design, and tech leads to ship features quarterly.
• Drive architectural decisions across backend and smart contract surfaces for security, scalability
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and raise operational excellence across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering (backend services)
• Experience writing, testing, deploying smart contracts (Solidity or similar EVM)
• End-to-end service ownership and SOA at scale
• Security/correctness tradeoffs for onchain systems (audits, upgradeability, access control, key
• Golang experience and onchain fundamentals (Ethereum or similar); DeFi/stablecoin infra preferred
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $186,065 — $218,900 USD
