Develop and optimize the core matching and risk engines for low latency.
Write reliable production-ready code ensuring financial correctness.
Investigate and debug complex issues through thorough log analysis.
Create and maintain unit tests and advanced integration tests.
Collaborate with Quant team to develop and refine trading algorithms.
Continuously improve trading core to meet evolving requirements.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in software engineering; 3+ years in HFT.
BS/MS in CS, Engineering, or related field.
Build and optimize low-latency trading infra; Aeron or Chronicle Queue.
Golang and Solidity; zero garbage-collection techniques.
Exceptional debugging; analyze logs/traces to resolve issues.
Unit and integration tests for financial correctness.
