🎯 Requirements

7+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in HFT.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience building low-latency trading infra; Aeron or Chronicle Queue.
Strong Golang and Solidity; deterministic coding and zero GC.
Excellent debugging using logs and traces to resolve issues.
Strong focus on unit/integration tests for financial correctness.
