Write reliable, production-ready code ensuring financial safety and correctness.
Investigate and debug complex issues via thorough log analysis.
Create and maintain unit and integration tests to validate financial correctness.
Collaborate with the Quant team to develop and refine trading algorithms.
Continuously improve the trading core to meet evolving requirements.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in software engineering, 3+ years in high-frequency trading systems.
Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or related field.
Experience building low-latency trading infra; proficient with Aeron or Chronicle Queue.
Proficient in Golang and Solidity; deterministic coding, zero GC.
Excellent debugging/troubleshooting; analyze logs and traces to resolve issues.
Strong focus on unit/integration tests to ensure correctness.
