Senior Software Engineer (Trading Core)

📋 Description

• Develop and optimize core matching and risk engines for high performance.
• Write reliable, production-ready code ensuring financial safety and integrity.
• Investigate/debug complex issues via thorough log analysis.
• Create and maintain unit tests and integration tests for financial correctness.
• Collaborate with Quant team to develop and refine trading algorithms.
• Continuously improve the trading core to meet evolving requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in HFT.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience building low-latency trading infra; proficient in Aeron or Chronicle Queue.
• Strong Golang and Solidity skills; deterministic coding with zero GC.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting; analyze logs and traces.
• Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies.
