📋 Description

• Senior Software Engineer on the Duo CLI team within GitLab's AI Clients stage.
• Design and build tools that bring GitLab Duo into developers' daily terminal workflows, primarily
• Contribute across Developer Clients, including JetBrains Kotlin and VS Code TypeScript extensions
• Provide technical leadership, ensure code quality, performance, and reliability, and mentor others.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and developer tooling / CLI design.
• Experience with command-line tools, terminal UIs, output formatting, and backward compatibility.
• Ability to own problems end-to-end and guide engineering teams via code reviews and mentorship.
• Clear written and spoken English, comfortable with fully remote asynchronous work.
• Familiarity with IDE extensions (JetBrains Kotlin or VS Code) and Language Server Protocol is
